Site Updater - manage, edit, and update your website's text and images
Do you have an existing web site that you are happy with, but,
wish you could easily edit and update?
Site Updater will let you do just that.
Easy to use, easy to add
Site Updater is a very user-friendly bit of web-software that can be 'plumbed-in' to your existing site, allowing you to manage the text and image content. Using your web-browser, you can log-in to Site Updater from within your own site, make the changes you want, save them, and then see the changes you've just made right there on your site.
Simple editing
Updating text is as simple as clicking and typing - no complicated forms to fill out, or row-upon-row of buttons to choose between.
Why updating your site regularly is a good thing:
- Google and other search engines 'reward' fresh content with higher positions in search results
- Your visitors will notice and make a habit of coming back to see what's new
- You can tweak and test your content to encourage more visitors to become customers
How you could use Site Updater on your site:
- Update out-dated information
- Add special offers and new products
- Add new pictures
- Keep customers informed with regular news
- Add answers to common customer questions
"A web site with out-of-date information is like a house with an overgrown front-garden - people pass judgement on the owners"
Flexible to fit your budget
You don't have to 'plumb-in' your whole site all at once. You may choose just to do a couple of pages/sections. Once Site Updater is in place it's very easy to hook-it-up to other sections at a later date.
Made to measure
You can choose optional modules that provide news articles, case-studies of past clients, galleries of images, and job listings. If you have any requirements specific to you, these can be added too.

Common Questions
- How much does Site Updater cost?
- Site Updater starts at £1500 for the software, plus £250 for each page or section that is to be integrated.
- How does the cost break-down, what are you getting?
- £1500 is the cost of the software, including all the tools you need to edit and update your site. £250 per page/section is the labour cost of physically plumbing-in the software to your site, including making sure everything works properly and to your satisfaction.
- Isn't it cheaper just to get the changes done by a web guy?
- For one change, yes. But making multiple changes over time will soon add up. Site Updater offers you the ability to make the changes there-and-then, yourself, and to tweak them to your satisfaction. There's no guarantee how long a third party may take to do one change.
- Is Site Updater hard to use?
- No. It's aim from day one has been to make it as easy to use as possible. Often, what's easy for a programmer to program is hard or just plain daft for people to use (think cash machines that don't tell you they've run out of money until you've typed in your PIN and gone through 10 different screens). We stand behind our programmer with big sticks in order to ensure that Site Updater is as easy as possible to use.
- How is Site Updater better than other content management systems?
- How easy it is to use, for one. You can always see what your changes will look like because you're editing the page itself. Other content management systems have you filling-in jargon-filled forms, with no idea how the changes will turn out until you see it live on the site.
- What help will you get after you've purchased Site Updater?
- Got a question? Get in contact. We want to continually improve Site Updater, to make it as easy to manage your site as possible. We can only do this through feedback from our clients on problems they're having, or things they're finding difficult. Let us know, we'll fix it, and then give all of our clients the new, fixed, version of Site Updater.
- Will it become out-of-date?
- No. If we find any bugs, we'll fix them. If we discover an easier, or better way of doing something, we'll add it. You will always have the option of keeping up-to-date.
